 This sword's particularities are 1) the blade carvings reminding two whirled snake like outlines (representing the "Payah Nah", a river snake from the Thai Mythology), 2) the grip made of special wood, 3) the guard and pommel shapes. Its length is also considerable which makes the entire item very unconventional and above all a decorative piece. This sword can only be offered with a high carbon steel or a stainless steel blade. A scabbard is not included but can be provided separately if desired. The tang is a rat-tail tang (the threaded pommel secures the blade to the handle like a bolt on a screw). Both the guard and the pommel can be made of brass or stainless steel. The grip is made of wood. A different style for the blade shape can be chosen for the sword, although we advise to go for the shown shape C.
