 This sword is considered the standard one in this group (Thai Darb swords). A choice of three different blade steel distinctiveness is offered. The scabbard is made of teak wood, painted brown and glossed, the hilt is made of varnished teak wood. The scabbard is usually decorated with twine as shown on the picture. Scabbard mouth and hilt extremities are made of stainless steel. Blessings are engraved on the blade. The tang is a rat-tail tang (the threaded pommel secures the blade to the handle like a bolt on a screw).
