Step by step description for payments via bank
transfer
Even if we can provide you most
articles within a few days past your purchase, it is possible that a
desired item isn't readily available. For this reason and in the
prospect of a shortage, please allow 1 to 10 weeks to produce
depending on the maker's agenda. Allow us also up to 72 hours at
most to e-mail you an
estimate delivery date. We will not modify any prices after a
purchase is confirmed.
Shipping
costs combined with delivery destinations obviously alter from
client to client, therefore we offer different delivery methods to
acquire the goods:
1) When you make a purchase
you may choose between 4 shipping methods for most
destinations (due to shipping policies some countries only benefit
from 2 methods, sometimes only one method)
a) EMS - an express delivery service, in this
case as swift as possible
b) By air - for rapid delivery service, well,
by air to some extent
c) Economy air (SAL) - cheaper but also much
slower than by air
d) Surface parcel - regular, unhurried
delivery for lesser charges
2) You can take arrangements
for your shipping
preferences and the related costs during the payment procedure (see
shopping basket) where the charges will be displayed according to
the items included in the shopping cart and based on the total weight.
3) Duties and Taxes : the goods are shipped from
Thailand, thus it is possible that your country's customs will affix
additional import duty charges upon arrival.
International orders are
subject to duties, taxes, custom charges and limitations. The
recipient is responsible for the payment of applicable duties, taxes
and other possible fees. If you are in doubt, contact your customs
office for information on duties, taxes and restricted items.
We pack the goods
as safe as possible to avoid any damage exposure.
We pack each item individually and then group them (if
more than one was purchased) according to the contents of your purchase

You can use Visa Delta, Visa and MasterCard credit
cards or PayPal to fund your
payment.
In case you opt for payments via bank transfer
1) You place you order by telling us
the article and details you desire, either via "the put in
basket" and checkout method, or by contacting us directly
through e-mail telling us your shopping wishes.
2) We reply to you telling you the
expected production time (if not in stock) - and estimated
delivery/shipping costs (in case you contact us by e-mail)
3) You confirm your order (some
occurrence, like a discount voucher, might solicit a deposit amount)
4) After confirmation and payment reception we put your
order in our production planning (in case the goods aren't
readily available)
5) When your purchase is ready we
inform you and send you a few photos of it for testimony
6) You transfer the due (or remaining) sum to our
bank account
7) After we checked on our bank
account that the money has arrived, we dispatch the merchandise
to you
